Recap

Well finally this will let me post! My apologies to you if you read, and to myself that I have not been able to post in such a painfully long time when I wanted to. I wanted to post on Christmas Eve because...

It was Audrey's 17th birthday! My best friend since 6th grade is now a junior at Harrison High School. I've seen her grow a lot in the last several years, both emotionally and spiritually. She has made her mistakes, but those are mistakes that everyone makes and I think she handles herself very well in general. Audrey is a truly outstanding person and one of the best friends I could ask for. Though I can't say she has -always- been there for me, she has always tried and even when we haven't talked for a while, we know that we can call each other up if we have a problem. Happy birthday to you. <3

I wanted to post of Christmas day because...

It was my savior's birthday! My Jesus is someone who I would not be able to live without. If I woke up some morning and found that he was a lie, my life would be shattered. I would have no reason left to live, and I would likely live like I was trying to die. Or else I would be so terrified of death that I would hide away for the rest of my life. Jesus helped me through the worst day of my life, and the following time. He helped me through the loss of my grandfather in November. He helped me to become more patient with my family and friends, and best of all, he died for me so that I may live forever with him, and join my Grandpa as he parties with Jesus!

I wanted to post of December 26th because...

It was John's birthday! I met John nearly a year ago, and he quickly took the place of my best friend. John graduated Jefferson High School in the spring of this year, and he recently completed his first semester at Purdue University, double majoring in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering. It has been hard because he is very very busy, so we aren't able to talk as much as I would like. Even so, he is one of my very best friends and I wouldn't trade him for anything.

I posted today because...

I wanted to let you know about the posts that I wanted to make the last several days... And also, Stardust is an amazing movie and I love it!!

Right now I am going to take it back to the Redbox in Attica. The End!

How do I know?

Giselle:
How does she know you love her?
How does she know she's yours?

Man:
How does she know that you love her?

Giselle:
How do you show her you love her?

Both:
How does she know that you really, really, truely love her?
How does she know that you love her?
How do you show her you love her?
How does she know that you really, really, truely love her?

Giselle:
It's not enough to take the one you love for granted
You must remind her, or she'll be inclined to say...
"How do I know he loves me?"
(How does she know that you love her?
How do you show her you love her?)
"How do I know he's mine?"
(How does she know that you really, really, truely love her?)

Well does he leave a little note to tell you you are on his mind?
Send you yellow flowers when the sky is grey? Heyy!
He'll find a new way to show you, a little bit everyday
That's how you know, that's how you know!
He's your love...

Man:
You've got to show her you need her
Don't treat her like a mind reader
Each day do something to need her
To believe you love her

Giselle:
Everybody wants to live happily ever after
Everybody wants to know their true love is true...
How do you know he loves you?
(How does she know that you love her?
How do you show her you need her?)
How do you know he's yours?
(How does she know that you really, really, truely-)

Well does he take you out dancin' just so he can hold you close?
Dedicate a song with words in
Just for you? Ohhh!

All:
He'll find his own way to tell you
With the little things he'll do
That's how you know
That's how you know!

Giselle:
He's your love
He's your love...

That's how you know
(la la la la la la la la)
He loves you
(la la la la la la la la)
That's how you know
(la la la la la la la la)
It's true
(la la la la la)

Because he'll wear your favorite color
Just so he can match your eyes
Rent a private picnic
By the fires glow-oohh!

All:
His heart will be yours forever
Something everyday will show
That's how you know
(That's how you know)
That's how you know
(That's how you know)
That's how you know
(That's how you know)
That's how you know
(That's how you know)
That's how you know
(That's how you know)
That's how you know
(That's how you know)
That's how you know!

Giselle:
He's your love...

Man:
That's how she knows that you love her
That's how you show her you love her

Giselle:
That's how you know...
That's how you know...
He's your love...

Stealing Cinderella

I came to see her daddy for sit down man to man
It wasn't any secret i'd be asking for her hand
I guess that's why he left me waiting in the living room by myself
with at least a dozen pictures of her sitting on a shelf

[Chorus;]

She was playing Cinderella
She was riding her first bike
Bouncing on the bed and looking for a pillow fight
Running through the sprinkler with a big popsicle grin
Dancing with her dad, looking up at him
In her eyes i'm Prince Charming
But to him i'm just some fella
riding in and stealing Cinderella

I leaned in towards those pictures to get a better look at one
When I heard a voice behind me say "Now, ain't she something, son?"
I said "Yes, she quite a woman" and he just stared at me
Then I realized that in his eyes she would always be

Playing Cinderella
Riding her first bike
Bouncing on the bed and looking for a pillow fight
Running through the sprinkler with a big popsicle grin
Dancing with her dad, looking up at him
In her eyes i'm Prince Charming
But to him i'm just some fella riding in and stealing Cinderella

He slapped me on the shoulder
Then he called her in the room
When she threw her arms around him
That's when I could see it too

She was Playing Cinderella
Riding her first bike
Bouncing on the bed and looking for a pillow fight
Running through the sprinkler with a big popsicle grin
Dancing with her dad, looking up at him
If he gives me a hard time
I can't blame the fella
I'm the one who's stealing Cinderella
